For this paper, I have interviewed staff members of Assistive Technology Resource Center (ATRC) and how technology can help blind and visually impaired individuals.
This is an email interview with a professor from UH-Manoa's Center for Disability Studies (CDS)

I analyzed a brochure on how to best work with blind and visually impaired individuals as well as with guide dogs

Part 4: Blind and visually impaired patrons speak out
This paper analyzed comments from blind and visually impaired library patrons as noted in a 1982 book Speaking Out : Personal and Professional Views on Library Service for Blind and Physically Handicapped Individuals
This paper analyzed comments from blind and visually impaired library patrons as noted in journal articles published from 2007 -2012.
NOTE: I have also interviewed patrons who used Hawaii's Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (LBPH).
However, according to University of Hawaii regulations, I am not allowed to publish what I wrote from interviewing "human subjects" (especially people who are vulnerable ie. children, elderly, inmates, disabled, etc.) without going through a major bureaucractic process.

Part 5: Services for blind and visually impaired patrons
I wrote about an article discussing the District of Columbia Public Library (DCPL) programs for blind and visually impaire children and teenagers.
I wrote an analysis of an article written by a librarian that works with blind and visually impaired youth talks about the challenges as well as the resources and services available to her clients.
I analyzed an article written by a college instructor about her experiences teaching blind and visually impaired college students on how to use assistive technology that can help them find information online.
I wrote about the various challenges in reproducing published works in braille and audio formats in line with copyright laws.
I wrote about the various library programs and services for blind and visually impaired patrons in Africa, China and Croatia.

On my last day working on my research project on Library Resources and Services for Blind and Visually Impaired, I wrote about my experiences and what I have learned.
